Solar power systems
From 2 kW to 500 kW. Engineered so every panel, battery and appliance works within safe limits, on the road or on site.

Why solar matters on the road
Solar power saves money and reduces dependence on fuel. For anyone travelling in a small, portable home, it can carry most of the electrical load. Yet many people don't fully understand how a solar system works, and end up paying for an oversized system, or stuck without power when they need it most.
We size each system to what you will actually run: lights, fridge, pump, TV, microwave and air conditioning.
How a solar system works
- Solar panelsPanels on the roof turn sunlight into DC electricity.
- Charge controllerThe controller charges the batteries safely and stops them overcharging.
- Lithium batteriesBatteries store the energy for night time and cloudy days.
- InverterThe inverter turns 12, 24 or 48 V DC into 220 V for AC, microwave and TV.
Caravan systems we install
| 12 V wiring | Lighting and water, 100 Ah battery, up to 400 W solar |
|---|---|
| 12 V system | 2,000 W inverter, lithium 200–1,000 Ah, up to 1,200 W solar |
| 24 V full system | 3,000 W inverter, 4–10 kWh lithium, up to 2,000 W solar |
| 48 V hybrid | 5,000 W inverter, 10–30 kWh lithium, up to 3,000 W solar, generator up to 6 kW |
| Sites, farms & camps | Ground-mounted and roof systems from 2 kW up to 500 kW |
Series or parallel?
Panels wired in series add their voltage, which suits longer cable runs and MPPT controllers. Panels wired in parallel add their current, so one shaded panel doesn't pull the others down. Our engineers choose the right layout for your roof, batteries and inverter.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build solar systems outside caravans?
Yes. We design and install solar power systems from 2 kW to 500 kW for caravans, cabins, farms, camps and off-grid sites.
How do you make sure the electrical system is safe?
Every wiring system has a rated load, inverter size and maximum solar and generator capacity. Our builder only lets you combine options that fit within those limits, and our engineer checks the electrical design before production.
Will the caravan stay cool in a Gulf summer?
Yes. Bodies have heat and sound insulation, and you can choose 1.0 or 1.5 ton inverter air conditioning or duct AC, powered by a lithium battery system, solar panels and an optional generator.
