Terms, deposit & cancellation

Prices

Prices on this website are estimates in Qatari riyals and exclude the vehicle, VAT and registration. Our sales team confirms the final price in writing before production.

Deposit

A deposit of 10% of the estimated total confirms your order and reserves your production slot. It is credited against your final invoice.

Cancellation

If you don't accept the price confirmed before production, your deposit is refunded in full. Once production has started, cancellation terms are agreed in your order confirmation.

Vehicle modifications

Cab cutting or chassis extension on double-cab vehicles is carried out only with the required traffic department approval.

Delivery

Delivery dates are confirmed with your order. Road delivery times to GCC countries are estimates and may be affected by customs and border procedures.
